Having spent many years watching (and, to some extent, involved in) the online activities of fans of various works of fiction, I know that some fanfiction is porn, and a considerable amount of that is male/male porn written by and for women. I don’t know why exactly this is, but oh, yes, women seek out male/male porn, at least in text and artwork form.

  5. I don’t write it much myself, but there are a HECK of a lot of M/M erotica out there, written BY women FOR women. I can introduce you to a few of them at Balticon if you like.

    So they go in for it, but less often visiual porn and more often text, in my experience.

  6. Debbie, don’t feel stupid. I know that I’ve taken a nap in the late afternoon/early evening, woken up around 7-7:30 and thought it was the next morning and I was late for work.
