My vote is for pasta versus rice if you decide to go for feeding the masses in a generic fashion. Rice is nasty. Ewwwww.
Who the frak told you that the Atlantic Ocean is warm?!?! I grew up going to Brigantine beach as a kid (New Jersey) when I lived in Philadelphia. The Atlantic is significantly colder than the Pacific. It’s one of many reasons that the seafood tastes so much different.
